Call into our office, telephone or email us to register. We can discuss your requirements, offer a Free Market Appraisal and offer sound advice based on our experiences as property managers, local knowledge and markets trends.

Your property will be marketed on various portals including Zoopla and Accommodation for Students. You will also receive To Let boards (Where applicable), showroom display and IN house search of prospective tenant records.

We can arrange viewings, accompany prospective tenants or you yourself can do this. Whatever your choice, we can help. You will be updated every step of the way.

Once we have matched tenants to a property we will notify you both verbally and in writing. You will also have the opportunity to meet the tenants.

We will arrange for deposits to be collected, paperwork to be completed and have references checked or Guarantor paperwork completed. We would also have Standing orders signed.
