You can relax knowing your property is fully managed by Wellington Lettings. You will benefit from a property manager who will look after any property issues. It will be reassuring to know your property is fully compliant to all safety regulations including gas safety checks and electrical safety.

It is always recommended to view a property as soon as possible to help secure your ideal home. Our Representative will accompany you to answer any questions that you may have.

Once you have chosen a property you like we will notify the landlord. You may be required to show some evidence to confirm you are in a position to proceed.

Reference checks will be carried out by an external company.

Completion is when references are satisfactory, agreements signed and monies collected. Once all cleared keys will be issued.

• Payment of rent on time
• Payment of council tax
• Payment of all utility bills
• Advise us of any repairs
• Keep the property secure at all times
• Correct disposal of rubbish
• Full responsibilities will be issued in the agreement
