You don’t need to do anything to activate this cover, but it is important for you to check and ensure that you fully understand the protection provided and whether it is sufficient for your needs. Before you start looking, consider your budget, utility bills, rent and whether the property is in a good location. Once you have considered all these we can match your criteria to find the right property for you.
Call into our branch, telephone or email us to register. We will discuss your requirements and with our professional experience and knowledge find the property that suits you and your needs.
It is always recommended to view a property as soon as possible to help secure your ideal home. Our Representative will accompany you to answer any questions that you may have. Every effect will be made to accommodate your availability. However, we will require a minimum of 24hours notice.
Once you have chosen the property you like, we will ask you to complete our online application form. When your information is received at our office and processed, communication will be sent requesting payment. You are required to pay a deposit payment of £300 and a holding deposit equivalent to one weeks rent. Holding deposits will be used for part payment of the first month’s rent required under the Assured Shorthold Tenancy.
Following all tenants payments being submitted, all housemates will receive their guarantor paperwork. This must be completed by your nominated Guarantor and returned to our office within 14 days. The Guarantor agrees to cover all costs and any our liabilities under the terms of your tenancy agreement.
We will then arrange a suitable time for all housemates to visit our office and sign the contract.
