Wellington Lettings Limited shares certain personal information with our contractors who carry out services on our behalf. Our contractors are required to comply with the law and the Data Processing Agreement, to make sure data is managed in a manner that is suitable and for specified purposes.
By law Wellington Lettings Limited can hold onto information relating to a tenancy agreement for the active period and thereafter for a period of 1 year. For legal and legitimate reasons we are able to hold onto contract details and student identification for 6 years.
We will not send you marketing material that you have not asked for.
